Off the Ground: Excellent Set up. Working direction of steps toward the plant foot and also on length of last step. Excellent Plant Foot. Working on Front Plant Leg Position and Balance and timing. Tendency is to over kick - needs to allow the foot to come thru and pick the ball up. Hips are moving too far forward and smothering the ball. Showing improvements at CO Nov. clinic with Paul Assad.
Clocked in the mid 3's on Kick Off's inside 20 yard line. Recommended explosive training leg and core and redshirt to work on strength and skill development this next off season and year.
