Will help himself with technique and fast twitch development and experience. Is a lefty. Very efficient handle times in games. Probably needs more of bigger ball to attract NFL attention again. Took a year off after school is going to start workouts again for free agent opportunities.

NFL 2006: Justin was given the opportunity to compete in the Kansas City Chiefs Mini-Camp.
Nevada 2005: Was the starting punter and averaged 41.3 yards per punt. Had a long of 70 yards. Had 6 punts caught for fair catches and landed 13 insider the 20 yard line. Named 1st Team All-WAC punter.
Nevada 2004: Was the starting punter and averaged 39.1 yards per punt. Had a long of 65 against Rice and had three 50-yarders in three spearate games. Had 15 punts caught for fair catches and landed 16 inside the 20 yard line.
Junior College: Was a two-time, first-team selection in the NorCal Conference at Chabot (Calif.) College. He averaged 39.3 yards per punt in 2003. He also played running back and tight end at Chabot. He will also be the Pack's backup place-kicker.
High School: Earned six letters at Castro Valley H.S. in Castro Valley, Calif., three in volleyball, two in football and one in soccer. Two-time, all-conference as a kicker/punter and all-league as a tight end and second-team, all-league as a free safety, as well.
Personal: Born 5/2/84 in Hayward, Calif. Parents are Steve and Marcia Bergendahl. Likes the outdoors and working on his 1973 Chevy Stepside.
