Scouting (Staff):
Pro College Football Player Development and Scouting comments: Tim has a big kick off leg. Has recently been timed over 4.25/80 yards with semi used NFL ball in workouts. Field Goals initially were raw but has demonstrated improvement in his set up and timing. His ball trajectory and looks accuracy dramatically better right now. NFL Prospect to keep an eye on.

TRAINING NOTES UPDATED 5/25/09:
Very pleased Mr. Ellingsen. Very solid progression - looking to me like an NFL Kicker should. Kick Off's are solid in every aspect and the field goals are cleaning up fast....good from 55- 60+ easy, crushing kick off's back of the endzone starting to control motion and lanes and the entire process and turning over punts now but secondary is a kicker first learning for hybrid camp opportunities..

UPDATED 6/4/09: Player Demonstrated 5 plus second 50-55 yard booming punts. A kicker first but he's learning to the footwork, set up, leg action and ball set and release, sequence and looks like an excellent candidate for a "hybrid" training camp guy now for the NFL or UFL perhaps.
